Areas of Practice

Traditional Conservatorships

When your loved can no longer make decisions for themselves, a Conservator may be appointed to assist them in making medical and/or financial decisions for themselves. The Conservator can be a family member, friend, or an independent third party such as an attorney.

Emergency Conservatorships

Similar to a traditional conservatorship, an Emergency Conservatorship may be best for individuals who need immediate medical or financial decisions. An Emergency Conservator can only be appointed for a limited time period, but may be transitioned to a traditional conservatorship prior to its expiration.

Hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities

If you are a clinical facility with a patient who needs a medical and/or financial decision maker, please reach out to discuss how we can work together to best meet your patient’s needs.
